Mail two postcards or letters to have your name removed from direct mail solicitation lists. Be sure to request that your name be removed from all unsolicited mailing lists and include your name, address and signature.

Step #2
(Removes your name from phone solicitation lists.)
Register with the Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not
Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or by phone at 1-888-382-1222.

Step #3
(Removes your name from the credit bureaus lists used to solicit credit and insurance offers.)
Call 1-888-567-8688 and request your name be removed from credit bureau mailing lists.
