Clean Green With Alternative Cleaners:
Spot Remover
1 part glycerin
1 part liquid dishwashing detergent
8 parts water
Removes many kinds of stains. Store in a labeled plastic squeeze bottle and shake well before each use.
Drain Cleaner
1/2 cup baking soda
1/2 cup vinegar
Pour baking soda and then vinegar down drain. Let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse with 2 quarts of boiling water. If needed, clean out obstructions with a plumber’s snake or plunger.
