Western Oregon Waste’s Recovery Zone, 2200 NE Orchard Ave. in McMinnville Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm, from April 1 through Oct. 31; and from Nov. 1 through March 31, 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
